Our website accepts all credit cards without problems, may be your bank Decline the process, The solution for this issue is to contact your payment card's

Do you have free shipping?
YES! As we’ve said, we have some promos and discounts with our products. At special times, we will offer free shipping for our products. Also, we will have items for FREE and all you need to pay is the shipping. Check out our announcement on our homepage or on our social media outlets.
How do i know that my order has been successfully submitted & shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
If you have not received an email automatically after you placed your order, then that means the email you provided to us was mistyped or you did not type it. Please contact us so that we can make the changes necessary.
why is my tracking number not working ?
It takes time to update the status of tracking number so if it shows you not found just be patient it will be updated soon.
When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business day of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive in between 8-20 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay by carrier service.
What if there are items missing or incorrect products when i receive my order?
For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at support@sunvenonline.com. Please quote your transaction reference number (Order #) and provide us with a proof (image file size should be below 1MB). We will be more than happy to reship you the correct item with no extra cost and we will not ask for the item that was wrongly sent to you back! You may keep it as a gift from us.
Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
As soon as you place your order, we immediately process it in our inventory so unfortunately, you cannot cancel placed orders. Be sure that you are 100% sure about purchasing the product before proceeding to checkout.
